FOODS THAT PREVENT CANCER:
  1. Fresh Lemonade: Consume more fresh lemonade.
  2. Fish: Eat fish at least twice a week, preferably Salmon.
  3. Kiwi: Eat the flesh of Kiwi fruit.
  4. Berries: Eat berries in your breakfast, in oatmeals.
  5. Tomatoes: Eat tomatoes in salads.
  6. Garlic: Add garlic in your food.
  7. Grape Fruit: Consume Grape fruit.
  8. Broccoli: Add broccoli in your diet. Steam it rather than frying or boiling it.
  9. Nuts: Eat roasted nuts. Add in your salads. (Brazil nuts or peanuts)
  10. High Fibre and Low Fat Diet: Take more fibre and less amount of healthy fat. (olive oil etc.)
