FOODS THAT PREVENT CANCER:
- Fresh Lemonade: Consume more fresh lemonade.
- Fish: Eat fish at least twice a week, preferably Salmon.
- Kiwi: Eat the flesh of Kiwi fruit.
- Berries: Eat berries in your breakfast, in oatmeals.
- Tomatoes: Eat tomatoes in salads.
- Garlic: Add garlic in your food.
- Grape Fruit: Consume Grape fruit.
- Broccoli: Add broccoli in your diet. Steam it rather than frying or boiling it.
- Nuts: Eat roasted nuts. Add in your salads. (Brazil nuts or peanuts)
- High Fibre and Low Fat Diet: Take more fibre and less amount of healthy fat. (olive oil etc.)
